Bib ID XS Training System
Wieder hat Brower Timing einen grossen Fortschritt zu dem bereits sehr guten Produkt gemacht. Die Genauigkeit der Zeiten von 1/1000 während der gesamten Zeitmessung kann nun durch die hinzugefügten thermokompensierten Kristalle garantiert werden. Die Synchronisierung wird dadurch ebenfalls verbessert. Bei entstandenen Funkstörungen, gehen aufgrund der neu installierten Ausfallsicherung keine Zeiten mehr verloren. Jedes Zeitmessungspacket beinhaltet: Startschranke, Fotozelle und Timer. Das System memorisiert die „Time-of-day“ Starts und Ziele, um die Möglichkeit zu bieten, die Daten mit dem SD/MMC Speicher Stick über Brower’s exklusiven Memory Pod herunterzuladen. Der Inhalt der Speicherkarte, kann somit problemlos auf den PC oder PAD übertragen werden.

Crystal synchronization System (XS):
The technology at the heart of the new XS (crystal synchronization) system is
the advanced synchronization of the timer unit to the wand and photocell. Once a
racer enters their number into the Bib Entry Wand, time keeping functions are
fully automatic — providing instant feedback for you and your racers. With five different modes available, the system can automatically adjust for DNFs and false finishes. A coach is not needed to run the timer — giving you more time for coaching. The Bib ID XS system is capable of timing up to 8 skiers at once. All components are synchronized to an exact time of day (TOD) reference. All of the clock crystals are precisely calibrated at the beginning of each timing session.
The unit operates on AA alkaline batteries, which delivers over 125 hours of continuous use.
The result is timing precision that far exceeds FIS requirements.
